following last year's buzzing celebration of everything creative the South West has to offer!

Downstairs you'll find a comic, illustration and zine fair bursting at the seams with ziney
and zillary goodness from over 50 artists to feed your eyes and souls.
Jaunt upstairs
for animation screenings and discussions hosted by our wonderful friends at Animinspo
(https://www.animinspo.com/), who will once again be awarding
the best in independent animation.
Rounding out the day there'll be a variety of workshops,
talks and performances to take part in and enjoy.

All workshops are included in Zinezilla ticket and run on a first-come, first-serve basis.
No need to pre-book.
Some materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Character Workshop: Making people look like people, even when they don’t
With artist and illustrator Wocco

An hour and a half activity where artist Warwick Johnson Cadwell (Wocco) talks about
his time and practise creating characters for comics, animation and fun, followed by some Character Building Activities.

2 - 4pm - Graffiti Room
Spray Paint Comic Strip Workshop
With comic artist and illustrator Till Lukat

Till Lukat guides you through a workshop to make a 4 panel, silent,
atmospheric comic about a moment from your memory, which you’ll create using stencils and spray paints!

Pirate Life Drawing
With movement artist Sharkey

Draw costumed poses with movement artist Sharkey, a mixture of still and dynamic poses.
Some materials will be provided but please bring your own if you are able.

Puppet Show: Draenoggin
Performed by Shamollack theatre troupe

Taking inspiration from folk myths and legends as well as the shows we grew up with,
we tell three stories, a mix of original and traditional, about the creatures of
riddles and mystery that populate our folklore. Shamollack is a Bristol-based
trio bringing local myths and legends to life through bold, imaginative puppetry.
A full programme for the Animinspo Mini Animation Festival will be released closer to the time.
